About Us
Milouban was founded in 1984 in northern Israel as a bleachery of Cotton Linters Pulp (CLP).
For more than 30 years Milouban produced and exported a wide variety of products to the chemical and special paper industry worldwide.
In 2012 Milouban decided to relocate the production site to China. Since then we have been producing all our products in China by 2 co-producers, to be marketed globally.
We use our wide, unique experience gathered over the years to adjust the pulp according to our customersโ requirements. We also provide technical support.
We take pride in our quick response time to customersโ inquiries and in our excellent customer service DTD, including logistic support.

Our Team
Aharon Shabtai
Aharon Shabtai joined the company in 1984 and serves as Milouban CEO since 2004. Over the last couple of decades Mr. Shabtai has held various senior management positions in Milouban both in Israel and abroad. Mr. Shabtai specializes in the Cotton Linters Pulp industry mainly in planning and building bleaching lines, including product development and process optimization.
Mr. Shabtai has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion โ Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa and an Executive MBA from the University of Haifa.
Osnat Rabby
Osnat Rabby joined the company in 1991 and serves as COO since 2004.
For more than 30 years Mrs. Rabby has held various senior management positions in logistics, operation, marketing and customer relationships.
Mrs. Rabby holds a Bachelor degree in History of Art and Sociology from the University of Haifa.
